Hi! ¬†I'm Liz, a girl who loves anime. ¬†I moved to Tokyo to teach English, then started my own online anime shop and subscription anime loot crate! ¬†FAQs are below, and thanks for your interest! -Liz ūüĆł

Q.  How long will it take me to get my items?
A.  
Items typically ship inside of two business days from the time the order was received, and if you're in the USA, will arrive 2-5 business days after that. If you're outside the USA, shipping could take 1-3 weeks.  Occasionally orders may take up to one week to ship out, but this is rare.  

Q.  How much is shipping?
A.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and shipping is free on orders $25 and over!

Q. Will I get a tracking number?
A.  Yep, you'll receive an email with tracking info when your order ships!

Q.  Do you ship internationally?
A.  We sure do, and shipping is free for international orders over $50, also!

Q.  What's the return policy?
A.  Just like at your local comic book store, all sales are final (unless your order arrives damaged, then contact me!).  

Q.  Can I get the same anime loot here that's in The Otaku Box loot crate?
A.  Nope!  To get the exclusive items and art (plus the Hentai versions, if you want) you have to subscribe to The Otaku Box!
